You would appreciate that efficient and effective match making through our automated system depend upon yourself furnishing true, accurate, current, complete information and photos etc. We expect you to read the relevant column before keying in the details or selecting the option available or uploading the photo. You further undertake that you alone shall be responsible or liable for any information provided to Kattal Matrimony. In order to serve you better Kattal Matrimony requires additional details you agree to provide it. Kattal Matrimony shall reproduce the registered member details on "as is as available" basis to other registered members and Kattal Matrimony members shall be solely liable for the information given by such Kattal Matrimony member. You may also give a call to any of our office phone number for us to assist you in getting your profile registered on our website/App.

B.   If at any point of time Kattal Matrimony comes to know or is so informed by third party or has reasons to believe that any information provided by you for registration (including photos) or otherwise is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete then Kattal Matrimony shall have full right to suspend or terminate (without any notice) your Kattal Matrimony membership and forfeit any amount paid by you towards Kattal Matrimony membership fee and refuse to provide Kattal Matrimony service to you thereafter.

C.   Kattal Matrimony Membership is restricted strictly to the registered Kattal Matrimony individual member only. Organizations, companies, businesses and/or individuals carrying on similar or competitive business cannot become Members of Kattal Matrimony and nor use the Kattal Matrimony Service or Kattal Matrimony members data for any commercial purpose, and Kattal Matrimony reserves its right to initiate appropriate legal action for breach of these obligation.

D.   Before subscription you can register as a free member and make a detailed profile including partner preference. You can continue as a free member and search our database. After making a subscription, the subscription amount is not refundable

2.    Role and Responsibility of Kattal Matrimony

A.   Kattal Matrimony is an endeavour to help you find your dream life partner through the process of automated searching, shortlisting and contacting them amongst our registered members.

B.   Kattal Matrimony reproduces your details once you register on our website /App on "as is as available" basis and also share your profile with other registered Kattal Matrimony members within our consortium of website.

C.   Kattal Matrimony's obligation is only to provide an interface to its registered members to search their life partner themselves without any assistance from third party / persons from amongst the other registered members of the Website/App. You agree that the system generated search results of Kattal Matrimony are only of the profiles registered members on Website/App.

D.   Kattal Matrimony's automated system offers match making profiles between its registered members based on the partner preference set by each Kattal Matrimony member.

E.   The search conducted by any Kattal Matrimony member and the results are automatically generated, and based on the partner preference set by you. In the event Kattal Matrimony member changes their partner preference on the Website/App, then the automated system generated results of the Website/App may also undergo corresponding change.

F.    Kattal Matrimony cannot guarantee or assume responsibility for any specific results from the use of the data available from the Kattal Matrimony

G.   Kattal Matrimony cannot guarantee the complete protection of user data while it is in transit, or prevent any tampering of the data by a third party with malicious intent before the data reaches the Kattal Matrimony servers.

H.   After availing our services and if you opt for chargeback, we will have the right to suspend your profile and take action against you as we deem fit without any notice to you.

3.    Role and Responsibility of Kattal Matrimony Member

A.   To protect the interest of the registered Kattal Matrimony member and increase the efficiency, Kattal Matrimony members ensure to keep their username and password safe and confidential for using the Kattal Matrimony services.

B.   Any additional information / data required by Kattal Matrimony for using the Kattal Matrimony services shall be provided by the Kattal Matrimony Member, as and when so sought by Kattal Matrimony.

C.   In case partner preference is modified by Kattal Matrimony member, then the automated system generated search results of life partner in website /App may also undergone corresponding changes.

D.   Kattal Matrimony members are requested to exercise due care and caution while shortlisting their life partner profiles and satisfy themselves before making a choice of your match through adequate efforts, initiatives and due diligence. Kattal Matrimony shall not be liable for short coming due to any misrepresentations made by any of its Kattal Matrimony members.

E.   Kattal Matrimony Members are expected to verify the credentials of the life partner profiles such as family status, marital status, educational qualifications, financial status, occupation, character, health status, etc.

F.    To get better search results, Kattal Matrimony Members are expected to provide latest photograph which should not be more than 3 months old. Providing old photographs/ photographs of others, inaccurate / false information shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions and Kattal Matrimony shall retain their right under clause 2 (b) of this terms and conditions.

G.   Kattal Matrimony members are expected to disclose their health records during profile enrolment which includes any pre-existing illness, physical disability etc. Non- disclosure at the time of enrolment shall be treated as violation of the terms and conditions and Kattal Matrimony shall retain their right under clause 2 (b) of this terms and conditions.

H.   Kattal Matrimony Members are expected to refrain from :

i.        Entering into any financial transactions with life partner profiles.

ii.        Sharing of confidential and personal data with each other but not limited to sharing of bank details, etc.

iii.        Entering into physical relationship with any life partner from the profiles before marriage.

iv.        Violating any law for the time being in force.

v.        From mentioning details of other matrimonial services while sending personalized messages.

I.      Kattal Matrimony members are expected to visit URL https://www.Kattalmatrimony.com/ for understanding the safety measures on partner search and awareness towards online safety.

J.    Kattal Matrimony Members are expected to be cautious from partners who ask for favors, money etc or call from multiple phone numbers, only interact over phone, doesn't come forward for face to face meeting (physically or through video calls) and don't involve family and friends in match making. Beware of suspended profiles status before you finalize an alliance with them.

K.   The Kattal Matrimony members agrees that for getting effective search results of partners on Website/App you will regularly log in to the profile maintained in the Website/App and send expression of interest which is an automated messages send to the corresponding partner as a free Kattal Matrimony member, and in the event you have availed paid Kattal Matrimony package, you can send personalized messages to partner to show your expression of interest/replies. Kattal Matrimony member also may review the expression of interest sent to you / read the messages sent to you by partner and may respond suitably.

L.    You also agree that while accessing / using the Website/App, you will be guided by the terms and conditions of the Website/App including but not limited to the use of feature of website /App like enhancing privacy settings (photo/horoscope/phone number) or for viewing social and professional profile of members on their Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

M.   Kattal Matrimony member shall not assign or transfer your Kattal Matrimony membership to any other person or entity, and such an act shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions and Kattal Matrimony shall retain their right under clause 2 (b) of this terms and conditions.

N.   If the Kattal Matrimony Member fails to inform Kattal Matrimony, about any change in the particulars furnished by Kattal Matrimony member to other Kattal Matrimony member, then the Kattal Matrimony membership may be suspended by Kattal Matrimony at its sole discretion

O.   Kattal Matrimony Members agree to use secure devices, software and networks for accessing the Kattal Matrimony services.

P.   Kattal Matrimony Members shall not probe, scan or test the vulnerabilities of the Kattal Matrimony Website/App or any network connected to the Website/App nor breach the security measures instituted by Kattal Matrimony.

Q.   If a registered member cannot able to access their profiles even after getting approval from Kattal matrimony, they have authorization to get the paid amount and cancel their profile from the Kattal matrimony website within 10 days.

B.   Kattal Matrimony may contact the Kattal Matrimony member through any of the above media to share the profile of the partner by way of internal messages / links. Kattal Matrimony member confirms that the mobile number submitted to it for verification or alternative number if any provided, is not registered with the Do Not Disturb / National Customer Preference Register and they shall not initiate any complaint. Kattal Matrimony Member further confirms that even if

C.   Kattal Matrimony Member is registered with the telecom service provider under the category DoNot Disturb / National Customer Preference Register the calls from Kattal Matrimony either to the verified mobile number or alternative number if any provided shall not be treated as promotional calls.

7.    Privacy of Membership

i.        You and the partner are both registered Kattal Matrimony members and are bound by these terms and condition. ii.        Kattal Matrimony is not a broker or the agent of any Kattal Matrimony member and Kattal Matrimony does not partake in the exchange of any kind of discussion between the Kattal Matrimony members or the results of their discussion.

iii.        Kattal Matrimony Member's are solely responsible for the communications (through any medium) with partner or vice versa. Kattal Matrimony expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transaction(s) or exchange(s) or interaction(s) or passing of information(s) etc. between any Kattal Matrimony members via e-mail, chat, interaction or any other medium of communication between Kattal Matrimony members either using website /App.

iv.        Kattal Matrimony has no obligation, to monitor any such disputes arising between the Kattal Matrimony members, and Kattal Matrimony shall not be party to any such dispute/litigation etc.

9.    Content Right

You agree that all content of Kattal Matrimony excluding your or third party content including advertisement on the Website/App for which Kattal Matrimony has requisite license/right in terms here of to display the same on our Website/App.

II.        You acknowledge that you are responsible for the content (mandatory or optional content you provided on our website) and information including the profile details, photograph and other content(s) keyed in the relevant field of the Website/App at the time of the creation of the Kattal Matrimony profile or subsequently modified by you and also for all the post and communication (including personalized messages sent by Kattal Matrimony paid members) with other member(s). You hereby represent and warrant that you own all rights, title and interes
